Shipping Information


UK

All items will be sent via Royal Mail tracked service and may require a signature on delivery. Orders are generally delivered in 1-2 working days after dispatch however you must allow at least 10 working days before reporting a parcel as missing/lost.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service and may require a signature on delivery. Orders are expected to be delivered within 10 working days after being dispatched however this can occasionally take up to 28 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: During busier periods i.e public holidays this may be considerably longer. These time frames apply to Royal Mail delivery service only and DO NOT include my production times - please check current turnaround times prior to ordering to ensure you allow plenty of time for your items to arrive, if you require an item for a specific date do let me know in advance.

SHIPPING COSTS

UK: £3.80 (FREE on orders over £50.00)

International: £12.00 (all relevant customs duties and taxes will automatically be added at checkout therefore there will be no extra charges upon delivery)


Returns & Exchanges


RETURNS

If you wish to return an item you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me prior to returning and make sure the parcel is marked as a return to avoid any custom charges that may apply. Buyer is responsible for any return costs and must obtain proof of postage. Items must be returned in the original re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Customers are liable for any loss in value.

Personalised items are non-refundable and may only be returned if damaged/faulty.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not currently accepted - customers will need to follow the returns process above and place a new order for the requested items. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

NOTE: Please read all descriptions carefully and check the turnaround times prior to purchasing to ensure you are happy with the product you are ordering, if you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the service you have received, please get in touch and I will do my best to rectify the problem for you.
